Villa D is situated behind the outside barbeque and is separated from the rest of Nicodia Estate in a bigger yard and green fields. It has two floors, a porch, parking and two balconies. On the first floor right next to the entrance is the living room, which has a fireplace, a TV and two part sofa which can be used to accommodate two extra guests. The bathroom and WC are located on the way to the first floor bedroom, it has two separate adult beds and access to the kitchen. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, the masterbedroom has a queen size bed and access to both south and east balconies, while the other bedroom has a double bed access to the east balcony. The second floor bathroom is boasts Italian made tiles and built-in accessories. Both rooms have TVs.
